Constant Guiltiness
Have you ever been in the experience of constant guiltiness because of sin? Constant guiltiness is not from God, It is probably from our own self or from the devil.
The devil would always keep on reminding us of our sins, so that we will be in continuous guiltiness and drift away from the Lord.
Guilt feeling can never save you, but the repentance of heart can. Being guilty will actually lead you to same sin further and be destroyed, but being in repentance will take you further closer to God and to His love.
At the time of Crucifixion of Jesus, there were two people in the guiltiness. One was Judas Iscariot and the other was Simon Peter. The repented Peter got closer to God but Judas Iscariot who dwelled constantly in the guiltiness was destroyed.
Psalm 86:5 says, “You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you”
Our God is good God, He is compassionate and forgiving, abundant in love. Call unto Him in repentance. He will forgive you, Save you and deliver you.
Peace be unto you.
