IT IS WRITTEN

Tests, trials, and temptations come our way when it has the opportunity. But do we have the power to pass and resist? Jesus was tested when he was hungry and tired at the end of 40 days of fasting. He was tempted to misuse his power, he was tested to take a shortcut to glory, and he was tempted to test God’s love.

But he had overcome all the tests. The key to his success in this period of temptation is the knowledge of the word of God. Every time satan tempted him with evil thoughts Jesus replied to him from the Word of God and stated “IT IS WRITTEN”

My dear friends, an evil thought may not be easily overcome by a new thought, but it is lot easier when we speak the related given word of God against it with faith.

That is why it is important to read and gain knowledge of the word of God. Let us put our committed effort in reading, meditating, and living the word of God.
