What is Love? Does not Envy

Are you envious? If we are envying then we don’t have Love. Being envious is not a character of love. If someone in our family is blessed with certain goodness, do we get envy on them? No, because they are our own spouse or Son or daughter, so we are glad on them since they are blessed. But at the sametime if someone in our church or neighbor got blessed with good job or promotion or with baby or with new house or with elevation in the ministry, we get so much envious and grumble on them, isn’t it?

I Corinth. 13: 4 says, “Love does not Envy”

Have you been puzzled about how to Love others truly in a way God expects?! Then this is one of the meanings, “Do not get envious upon others when they are blessed or when they are better than us”

May God help us to be out of this character ENVY and live with Love.
