DID YOU GO TO MOUNT OF OLIVES TODAY?

Jn. 8:1 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.

Why did Jesus go to Mount of Olives? Well, you know it, obviously He must have gone to pray and speak to His Father, spent his time in the presence of God. But when he came back, verse 2 says, at dawn all the people gathered round him, and he sat down to teach them.

Today in our ministry are we getting the crowd? Or in our work place are we getting the successes and results? or in our schools are we successful in our studies? If, we are not, there is secret here in John8:1, “Go to the Mount of Olives”. It means go and spend your time alone with God your father, stay in his presence, receive all the grace and wisdom needed.

He will not only give us the grace but also the wisdom that is needed at all the moments. In John 8:3-12, Jesus demonstrated wisdom to resolve the issue and escape the trap that Jewish leaders brought before him about the woman who was caught in adultery.

When we spend time in the presence of God, we receive not only successes in our work, ministry and studies but also the wisdom needed at all the moments.
