Do not let your light be snuffed out

In the Old Testament time the lights were kept burning in the tabernacle and the duties of the priest is to watchout that the lamps are not snuffed out.

Luke 11:35 says, “See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness.”

According to Bible, all those who are saved by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ are the temple of God. Even in this temple which is our body, we should keep the lights on and watchout that the lamp is not extinguished.

But what is the lamp and light for our body? So that we shall switch it on!!

Proverbs 6:23 says, “…commands are a lamp, this teaching is a light, and the corrections of discipline are the way to life,”

Commands and the word of God is the Lamp and the Light, when we keep reading it, meditating it and keeping it inside our heart, we shall walk in the light without stumbling.
