DON’T GIVE UP

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Gal. 6:9

The above verse can be understood in two ways, one way is doing good to others, and the other way is practicing good habits.

When we do good to others especially to the friends and families in Christ, initially it may seem like no blessing for you or it may feel like a loss. But remember the principle of sowing and reaping, God promised as long as there is earth the sowing reaping will never be ceased (Gen.8:22). Don’t be tired of helping others. God will answer you in multifold when you are in need.

The second way to understand the above verse (Gal.6:9) is practicing good habits. We all need to straighten up in some areas of our life as we are going towards perfection like Jesus. Some may need their regular reading of word, some may need regular exercise (this is me as well), some may need regular morning prayer, some may need to minimize or avoid their television, etc. If you have started some good practices of your list, Do not give up. In the initial time, it may be boring and tiring but once you are used to it, you cannot live without it.

Peace Be unto You!
